Creative Content Manager — Schot Coffee Roasters

We are Schot! — an independent roaster that started in 2009 and has grown into a team of like-minded, exceptional roasters, all driven by an unconditional passion for the coffee scene. Our roastery is located in de Huidenclub; an experimental platform for contemporary culture in Rotterdam.

We’re now looking for a Creative Content Manager — a multi-talented storyteller who can translate our world into content and events. We aim to shape coffee culture through the voices of our team, artistic expressions, and in-person gatherings that grow a vibrant, grounded community. The form of collaboration is open for discussion — part-time, full-time, or freelance.

What you’ll do

• Create content that captures the spirit of Schot: honest, artful, and a little rebellious

• Support our event team with workshops, collaborations, and pop-ups in and beyond de Huidenclub

• Engage our online community through writing, visuals, and conversation

• Collaborate with our roastery team to share what sets our coffee apart

• Connect coffee with the wider creative ecosystem of the Huidenclub

• Help shape our evolving brand — from online presence to packaging design and event scenography

• Experienced in photography, video, and design tools

• Independent, curious, and creatively bold

• Someone with humor, self-irony, and a strong visual sensibility

• A true social media enthusiast, with a feel for trends and community engagement

* Passionate about coffee (no need to be a barista)

• Have built communities online or in real life

• Know your way around cultural spaces like the Huidenclub

• Bring experience with content strategy or creative campaigns
