The NEO rethinks rib design to refine flavour clarity and balance. With faster extraction and controlled flow, it delivers a cup that’s clean, expressive, and consistently satisfying.

It is a precision pour-over brewer designed to refine balance and reduce unwanted bitterness. Its original rib architecture features 72 ultra-fine spiral ribs that gradually converge into 9 ribs at the base. This structure guides water evenly along the entire inner wall, preventing localized over-extraction while maintaining a stable, controlled flow rate.

By optimizing how water moves through the coffee bed, the NEO achieves a faster extraction without sacrificing depth. The result is a cup that remains clean and articulate, while preserving body and sweetness. Acidity, sweetness, and mouthfeel are expressed in balance rather than competing for attention.

The handle-free body is formed with ultra-thin walls made from Tritan™ resin. This construction minimizes heat loss during brewing, supporting consistent extraction from the first pour to the last. Improved thermal stability allows flavours to develop evenly, enhancing repeatability across brews.
